Marietta woman accused of domestic dispute stabbing

A Marietta woman, Nia Danielle Pryor, is accused of stabbing a man in a domestic dispute.

According to an arrest warrant by the Cobb County Police Department, Pryor, 26, is accused of stabbing the victim with a blue and black folding knife in the hand, leg and torso during the dispute on Nov. 25 at 3 p.m. at the Walton Ridge Apartment, in Marietta.

The roommate of the involved parties was present during the altercation and heard them arguing in the living room and came out of his room. He witnessed both parties throwing items at each other and observed that the victim had been injured.

The victim was transported to Wellstar Kennestone Regional Hospital, according to the warrant.

Pryor was arrested and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. She was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon. According to jail records, Pryor was released on a $20,000 bond.
