Teen charged with kidnapping, sodomy

After allegedly kidnapping, strangling, and sodomizing a teenager, Juan Rodriguez, was arrested, according to Cobb Police.

Rodriguez, 17, abducted a 17-year-old female from the front of her home, just after midnight on April 10. After taking her to his Mableton home, Rodriguez thwarted her attempts to leave. According to his arrest warrant, Rodriguez allegedly strangled her and forced her into sex acts. 

Rodriguez now faces five charges, including aggravated sodomy and kidnapping, which are all felonies. He remains in the Cobb jail without bond.
