Ryan Cameron is the new voice of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

Atlanta radio veteran Ryan Cameron has been chosen as the official voice of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, marking the first time the airport has enlisted a celebrity voice for this role.
With over three decades of experience in Atlanta radio, Cameron is recognized for his charisma and professionalism. His overhead announcements became operational on Thanksgiving eve, adding a personal touch to the airport experience.
A native of Atlanta, Cameron expressed his love for the city and the significance of being recognized as a voice that signifies home for travelers.
In his new role, Cameron’s announcements cover various aspects of airport protocol, from reminders not to smoke at entrances to reporting unattended bags and emphasizing the consequences of leaving vehicles unattended at drop-off and pick-up areas.
His voice is also featured in the Plane Train between concourses.
Jai Ferrell, the airport’s Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy General Manager emphasized the aim to create a sense of place for travelers, noting that Cameron’s status as an Atlanta radio legend makes him an ideal ambassador for Hartsfield-Jackson.
Beyond his role at the airport, Cameron currently serves as the afternoon host on Majic 107.5/97.5 and as the PA announcer for Atlanta Falcons home games. He previously held the in-game announcer position for the Atlanta Hawks from 2004 until 2021, further solidifying his presence in Atlanta’s media and entertainment landscape.
