Marietta Man Accused of Stabbing Woman

Milan Indiana Jones, 35, of Marietta, is facing charges after allegedly stabbing a woman under the chin on December 12 at 8:23 p.m. at a residence on Rock Creek Drive in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The woman was reported to be bleeding heavily from a stab wound to her neck and another to her hand, which occurred when she attempted to grab the knife during the attack.
Jones is charged with aggravated assault with intent to murder and aggravated battery resulting in disfigurement. He was arrested later that evening at 9:21 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center.
Jones remains in custody without bond.
