Share

A Roswell man, Taylor James Levey, has been apprehended after being accused of using his cell phone to try to record a woman using the bathroom at a Kennesaw bowling alley during an incident that occurred on Sept. 10.

According to a Cobb County Police Department warrant, on that day, around 9 p.m., video surveillance at Bowlero, located at 755 Cobb Place Boulevard captured Levey, 21, entering the bowling alley and going to the women’s restroom.

Later, a woman entered the restroom before running out and calling out to her fiance. She told him she heard someone enter the stall next to her, observed men’s feet wearing red slides and a pair of gray/silver gym shorts. She then heard a sound behind her and turned to see an iPhone sliding between the stall frame and the wall with the camera facing her.

Levey attempted to exit the restrooms and was immediately confronted by the victim and her fiance.

The victim snapped a photo of Levey on her cell phone, which she provided to police. Levey left Bowlero and drove away in a light color Hyundai before police arrived.

According to his arrest warrant, Levey was wearing a green t-shirt, gray gym shorts and red slides in both Bowlero surveillance and the victim’s photo. Once he was located and apprehended, Police charged Levey with felony unlawful eavesdropping/surveillance.

Levey was booked into the Cobb County jail and released the next day on a $6,500 bond.
