According to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department, Phillips, 44, is accused of driving under the influence of THC, operating her vehicle on the wrong side of the road at high speed, and causing the collision at the intersection of Oak Ridge and Blair Bridge roads.

The warrant revealed that Phillips was found with two plastic bags containing 3.5 grams of marijuana each, a 1-gram pre-rolled marijuana joint, three THC vape pens, a 300mg bottle of concentrated THC drops, and two 1-gram containers of THC wax, all located in the front passenger side of her vehicle.

In addition to the collision, Phillips is accused of throwing water on a Cobb County firefighter as he provided medical treatment following the crash and the deployment of multiple airbags.

Phillips faces several charges, including DUI (less safe drugs), possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana, three counts of possession of THC-related items, obstruction or hindering a firefighter, violation of traffic control devices, and reckless driving.

Phillips was arrested on February 10 at 5:30 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, where she remains in custody on a $15,000 bond, according to jail records.
