Marietta Woman Accused of Sexual Battery

A Marietta woman, Kristen Behringer, is accused of performing sex acts upon a 17-year-old girl on Oct. 27 at 12:01 a.m. at a Marietta residence. Behringer, 43, was arrested Nov. 20 at 3:56 p.m. by the Cobb County Police Department and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery – aggravated; and aggravated sodomy.

Behringer was booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. According to jail records, she remains in custody without bond.
