Cobb massage therapist charged with sexual battery

Deon Milton, a Cobb County massage therapist, has been arrested after a client accused him of inappropriately touching her during a two-hour massage and recording it on his cellphone at his Smyrna business. 

According to his arrest warrant, Milton is charged with sexual battery and felony unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance in the incident last week at The Art of Wellness: Body Whisper ATL. The client says she immediately got up from the massage table after Milton inappropriately touched her and noticed a cellphone in a cubbyhole. She saw a red dot on it and could see herself on the screen of the phone. 

Per the warrant, after leaving the business, the victim texted Milton to make sure he deleted everything from his phone saying, “…I advise anything that you have of me. It’s deleted now before that (expletive) get real ugly.”  Milton wrote back saying, “You saw me delete it. I have nothing else. I should’ve asked. That’s on me. I’ll live with that. I’m gratefully sorry. Me not thinking and being in the moment.” Milton also told the victim he recorded the video for work and forgot to turn the camera off when he flipped her over.

According to reviews on Milton’s Instagram business page and Google, there are no complaints about his work.
