Cobb Legislative Delegation Forum Invites Community Engagement

Cobb County, GA – The community is invited to attend the 2026 Cobb County Legislative Delegation Forum, featuring Georgia state legislators who represent Cobb County districts.

Hosted by the Senior Citizens Council of Cobb County in partnership with Cobb County Senior Services, the forum will be moderated by Ross Cavitt and offers residents the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with their elected officials.

The discussion will focus on key issues impacting seniors and the broader community, including physical and mental health services, affordable housing, rising food costs, elder abuse, and transportation. Legislators will also provide updates on what was addressed during the 2026 legislative session and explain how residents can stay connected with their Georgia House and Senate representatives.

All Georgia State House Representatives and Senators serving Cobb County have been invited to participate. Attendees are encouraged to pre-submit questions during registration and will also have the opportunity to submit questions during the event.

This free, moderated forum offers a unique chance to hear directly from lawmakers about what took place “Under the Gold Dome.” Space is limited, and registration is required.
