Congressman David Scott is inviting high school students who live in Georgia’s 13th Congressional District to participate in the 19th Annual Congressional Art Competition.

Students are invited to submit artwork for the competition with an opportunity to display their winning art in the U.S. Capitol for up to one year.

Submission requirements include the framed artwork and a completed student submission form for the 2022 Congressional Art Competition. Both must be submitted to high school art teachers or delivered to Congressman Scott’s Smyrna or Jonesboro District Offices by April 15. There is no mandatory theme for the competition and prizes for finalists will be announced later.
