2 men arrested for public indecency in Cobb
Two separate acts of public indecency occurring within a couple of days of each other in Cobb County led to the arrest of two men on misdemeanor charges.
According to warrants and jail records, 64-year-old Samuel George Collier of Marietta is accused of exposing himself at Laurel Park off Whitlock Avenue.
Marietta police charged Collier with knowingly walking around a public park on May 21 with his genitals exposed. After posting a $1,000 bond, Collier was released.
Danny Eugene Clark, 53, was arrested two days later in Smyrna and charged with public indecency.
His arrest warrant says Clark fondled himself in the view of the victims at their home on Knoll Road.
