SPOTLIGHT South Cobb News is the newly launched online media platform focused on serving the communities that comprise South Cobb – Austell, Mableton, Marietta, Powder Springs and Smyrna. Our citizens that call the South Cobb area home – along with other members of our community such as schools, businesses, and places of worship – have important issues that we face daily.

SPOTLIGHT South Cobb News will be focused and dedicated to the news and
issues that impact South Cobb and our quality of life. We will focus on those
issues, while highlighting topics that matter to us, as we keep our community
informed on people, issues, events, and milestones with real time news instead
of an occasional write.

In addition to our news service, SPOTLIGHT South Cobb News will provide the
community other offerings including advertisement from area businesses, info
from campaigns, government news, opinion pages, and guest columnist who will
share their poignant thoughts on relevant subjects. The goal of SPOTLIGHT South
Cobb News is to become the go to source for news and information on South Cobb
and our citizens. We will also serve as a progressive community forum to
discuss issues and people that directly impact us and our quality of life.
