Marietta Man Indicted on 11 Counts of Child Molestation

A Marietta man, David Delgado, has been indicted on several charges of child molestation. Delgado, 40, is facing three counts of child molestation, eight counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of aggravated stalking, according to court documents.

According to his arrest warrant, Delgado is accused of:
– Molesting a 6-8 year old girl between Jan. 1, 2015 and Dec. 31, 2018 at a Marietta apartment

– Molesting an 8-10 year old girl, a 9-11 year old boy and an 8-10 year old boy between Jan. 1, 2018 to Dec. 31, 2019 at the same location.

– Molesting a 13-14 year old girl between March 1, 2023 and March 31, 2023, molesting a 15-year old girl between Aug. 1, 2024 and Sept. 2, 2024; and molesting a 15-year old girl between April 5-6, 2024 at the location.

Delgado is being held at the Cobb County Jail without bond.
