Cobb County Police arrested Charles Hill, 32, of Commerce, after he was accused of recording multiple women in a bathroom at a Marietta gas station over a week-long period of time and engaging in activities associated with being a “Peeping Tom.”
Police say that while standing on an adjacent toilet stall, Hill, 32, allegedly spied on and videotaped multiple female victims with his phone camera. The incidents occurred from March 13 to March 20 at the QuikTrip on 1900 Lower Roswell Road.
Hill faces two felony charges. One charge is for unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance and the other for being a “Peeping Tom.” Hill remains in the County jail without bond.
