Marietta Man Accused of Child Molestation 

 A Marietta man, Christian Gutierrez, is accused of child molestation. Gutierrez, 28, is accused of molesting a 15-year-old on March 11 between 9:30 and 10:03 p.m. at a Marietta residence.

According to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. Gutierrez is charged with two counts of child molestation felony.

He was arrested March 12 at 1:45 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. According to jail records, Gutierrez remains in custody without bond
