This week, the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office was honored by the Georgia Senate in recognition of receiving the prestigious Triple Crown Award from the National Sheriffs’ Association. Owens and his team spent the past year reaching this milestone, which is a testament to their commitment and excellence at their job. Owens said the Triple Crown Award “acknowledges the exceptional efforts and dedication of the team at the Sheriff’s Office, as well as the collaborative support received from our valued partners.”
Owens thanked everyone who played a role in making this achievement possible and for the collective efforts to elevate the reputation of the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office and contribute to a shared commitment to public safety and service.
Owens said, “We look forward to continuing our mission with the same spirit of excellence and community service.”
