Bonners’ Celebrate 65th Wedding Anniversary.

Cobb County Matriarch and community Grand Dame Deane Bonner and her husband, Jessie, recently celebrated their 65 wedding anniversary…

Married in 1956, the couple have resided in Cobb County since 1971. They have raised a family here and have kept their figures on the pulse of civil rights and community and political activism in Cobb.

Deana served our community for a number of years as the President of the Cobb Chapter of the NAACP, having first joined the organization in1960 and later becoming a life Member in 1980. Always involved, Deana continues her service and uses her position to usher in positive results for the community.

Congratulations to the Bonners on their 65th and wishing them many more happy years together.
