What started out initially as an arrest for assault quickly escalated to felony charges for an Austell woman after she tried to use sex to avoid her arrest. According to the arrest warrant, Nikki Flukers, 32, wound up with a bribery charge on top of the charges she was initially being arrested for after offering to have sex with a police officer in exchange for her release from custody.
According to the warrant, Police arrived on the scene around 9 a.m. to respond to a family dispute at Flukers apartment, located near the intersection of Cityview Drive and Riverside Parkway.
Police determined that Flukers should be charged and was arresting her for two charges; simple battery for hitting a family member and child
cruelty for having done so in the presence of a minor.
The responding officer said Flukers, “did repeatedly offer to ‘have sex with,’ ‘f—-,’ and ‘make love to’” “in exchange for her release from custody.” Her provocative offer caused Police to charge Flukers with a felony for bribery.
Flukers is currently being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
