2023 Commencement Schedule Announced for Cobb Schools

The start of the New Year also launches the countdown for eager seniors in Cobb County as they begin their last semester in high school. In preparation for what they have worked hard to achieve for 12 years and what anxious parents have been pushing them along for…the pomp and circumstances of graduation, the commencement schedule has been released.
Graduation ceremonies for the Cobb Schools Class of 2023 begin on May 22 and continue through the evening of May 27, with all district-hosted ceremonies taking place at the KSU Convocation Center.
The exceptions are McEachern High School students who will graduate inside the school’s Cantrell Stadium on May 25 while Allatoona High School’s ceremony will occur in the Allatoona Stadium the following morning.
Cobb Horizon High School and the Cobb Online Learning Academy will kick off graduation week with the first ceremony on May 22. Kell High School graduates will also turn in their tassels on the same day.
The 2023 Graduation Schedule is:
- May 22 – Cobb Horizon and Cobb Online Learning Academy at 3:30 p.m. and Kell at 7:30 p.m.
- May 23 – Hillgrove at 3:30 p.m. and Pope at 7:30 p.m.
- May 24 – Campbell at 3:30 p.m. and Walton at 7:30 p.m.
- May 25 – McEachern at 9 a.m., Lassiter at 10 a.m., South Cobb at 2:30 p.m. and Kennesaw Mountain at 7 p.m.
- May 26 – Allatoona at 9 a.m., Harrison at 10 a.m., Pebblebrook at 2:30 p.m. and Sprayberry at 7 p.m.
- May 27 – North Cobb at 10 a.m., Wheeler at 2:30 p.m., and Osborne at 7 p.m.
